HOT 100 CHALLENGE UPDATE WEEK 13

MY HOT 100 CHALLENGE GOALS

1. Work out with weights 2 times a week concentrating on upper arms.

2. Eat 2 fish meals a week with a focus on getting Omega 3′s.

3. Take vitamins and supplements every day as recommended by my doctor.

Results

1. One work out.

2. Just one fish meal!

3. Hit and miss! Can you believe it? After taking my vitamins daily for weeks now I have slipped!

Nutmeg Notes

Clearly I have been off my game and out of my routine this past week! I have had more things to juggle than usual. Hope to be back on track this coming week. I am doing well with the healthy eating and hubby Tom and I got in a 3 mile walk early this morning. All is well.

    MERRY CHRISTMAS Tami! Enjoy the holidays with your family!

    I take my vitamins with my breakfast and again in the evening. It has become such a habit to put them beside my coffee while I’m fixing my breakfast and again with my evening snack{calcium, Omega3, 1/2 a multi}. Guess I’ve been at this for 15 years or so!

    Keep eating healthy and the vitamins aren’t THAT important. Keep up with the goals and then set some more challenging ones for the first of the year to keep up the game!! Stay positive! :)
