HOT 100 CHALLENGE UPDATE WEEK 13
MY HOT 100 CHALLENGE GOALS
1. Work out with weights 2 times a week concentrating on upper arms.
2. Eat 2 fish meals a week with a focus on getting Omega 3′s.
3. Take vitamins and supplements every day as recommended by my doctor.
1. One work out.
2. Just one fish meal!
3. Hit and miss! Can you believe it? After taking my vitamins daily for weeks now I have slipped!
Clearly I have been off my game and out of my routine this past week! I have had more things to juggle than usual. Hope to be back on track this coming week. I am doing well with the healthy eating and hubby Tom and I got in a 3 mile walk early this morning. All is well.
