Nutmeg Notes
It has been a busy day around here getting things ready for daughter Katy’s return from Spain. She just sent a text that her plane landed! Yippee! We are very excited to see her and looking forward to the next couple of weeks. I will be busy cooking and baking for her starting tomorrow. Hope to post some photos of all the goodies!
It is pouring rain here tonight and will continue to rain for the next few days. Like my mom always says, “We will have to make our own sunshine!”
Blessings,
Tami

I actually love rainy days if I don’t have to go anywhere. What I don’t like are more than two rainy days in a row. That gets tedious because I start feeling really lazy because I haven’t been outside.
Can’t wait to see pics of Katy!

I actually like rainy days, but it can be hard with a very energetic toddler at times…

I like rainy days…in spring and summer. In winter, not so much.
I’m glad Katy is safely home! Enjoy your visit!

I love that you make weekly goals, and that you don’t beat yourself up if you aren’t perfect and don’t achieve each and every one. I think that’s great. I write down my goals vs. things I HAVE to do, on an excel sheet every week. I keep it up on my computer at work just as a friendly reminder
Have a great time with your daughter!!
