What kind of camera do you use?

I use a Cannon SD1100 IS Power Shot 8.0 Mega Pixels. Simple, easy, point and shoot.

Do you Photoshop your pictures?

No, I don’t know anything about photo shop. The most I do to my photos is crop some of them. I try to use natural light for my food photos and I shut off the auto flash and I use the macro setting. I have a small table top tripod that I use sometimes for close up shots where it is hard to hold the camera steady. I take a lot of photos and then pick the best one to post. I am just learning how to use the camera and what works best for taking photos of food. I am finding that I have an eye for photography and enjoy the creative side of setting up photos.

How can I find recipes you have posted?

You can use the categories section located on the side bar. Click on a category and another page will open showing the posts that contain recipes under that category. Click on the post you are interested in and scroll the page to find the recipe.

You can also use the tag cloud at the bottom of the home page, click on one of the ingredients listed and posts containing recipes with that ingredient will open in another page. Click on the post you want to see, scroll the page to find the recipe.

Use the search box on the home page. Enter in an ingredient, hit enter and all posts containing that ingredient will come up in a new page. Click on the post you want to look at, scroll the page for the recipe.
