Eating healthy, losing weight and maintaining the weight loss is hard work! I continue to read books and magazine articles on the subject of staying motivated and living a healthy lifestyle.
Sometimes when my motivation starts to dwindle I have to go back and read the books again and renew my perspective and motivation. Dr Phil says that weight is managed not cured. I have to remind myself of that on a regular basis.
Eating healthy in a world where we are surrounded by fattening, nutritionally depleted over processed, highly marketed foods is a challenge. Hey, I am up to the challenge it makes the reward of feeling healthy and looking good all the more sweet!
