Green Mango Smoothie

Silky smooth and creamy smoothie. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 3-4 cups spinach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled
  • 2 cups frozen mango

Equipment

  • Vitamix Blender

Method
 

  1. Add the ingredients in the order listed into your blending container.
  2. If you have a blender with pre-sets - use the smoothie setting.
  3. If you don't have pre-sets start using variable speed 1 and once it starts blending turn the speed up to 10. Let it blend for 35-45 seconds or until it appears to all be blended and is silky smooth.
    If you want it to be thicker and colder you can add a cup of ice cubes and blend it a little more.
  4. Pour into your smoothie container and enjoy!
