- A few shakes of Adobo seasoning (a traditional Latin blend of salt, garlic, pepper and oregano – go lightly as it is salty)
- Mix, chill and enjoy!
Notes
To reduce the calorie density try using 1 to 1 1/2 cups cooked, rinsed and drained, white beans in place of 2 avocados. Mash the beans to make them creamy and blend them in with the mashed avocado. Start with 1 cup of beans first and add more if needed.
