Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Wash sweet mini peppers leave whole and stems intact
- Place prepared peppers on a rimmed baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper or a silpat mat.
- Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until light brown spots start to appear.
- Remove from oven and let cool. Store in refrigerator in a dish with a lid.
