– 14 ounce can diced tomatoes no salt added
reserve the juice
1/2
medium onion

Jalapeno pepper seeded
2-3
garlic cloves

lime
juiced
1/2
cup
cilantro
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Toss all the ingredients in the blender and process until smooth using the pulse function. If too thick add some of the reserved juice to thin it.
