- 8 ears corn on the cob, trimmed
- 1 cup hot water
- fresh limes cut into wedges
Place the rack that comes with the Instant pot in the liner with 1 cup of water. Place the trimmed corn on the cob in the liner. If using the 6 qt lay the corn down on it's side and stack them on each other.If using the 8 qt, the trimmed corn on the cob can stand up on end. Put the lid on and make sure the steam valve is set on steaming.Using the manual setting set it for 2 minutes on high pressure.As soon as the 2 minutes cooking time is up use manual pressure release.Remove and serve.Serving suggestion: Use fresh limes to squeeze juice on the hot corn - it's delicious.
