Method
- In a blender container of a high powered blender add the ingredients in the order given. Using the pre set smoothie setting let the blender work its magic. If your blender doesn't have a smoothie setting use the variable speed 1 and slowly turn up the speed to the highest setting and let it run for 45 seconds or until the desired texture is achieved. Pour into a container and enjoy!
- If the smoothie is too thick add a little more cold water. If it is too thin add more frozen fruit or ice.
- I like to double this recipe and either share it or save the extra serving for the next day. I pour it into 2 qt size mason jars. Put a lid on the extra smoothie and store in the fridge.

Substitutions
Spinach - kale, arugula or super green mixes, spinach is the most mild and sweetest choice.
Banana - sweet apple or pineapple
Mango - frozen blueberries, strawberries or a frozen berry blend
Chia - hemp seeds or more flax
Flax - hemp seeds or more chia
