- Place the almonds or cashews in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Soak for at least 30 minutes to soften. Drain off the soaking water
- Place all of the ingredients in the blender container of a high powered blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- This tastes like the real deal - no one would know it's vegan! Even non vegans love this dressing.
