Vegan Mocha Frappaccino Smoothie

This smoothie is more than just a tasty treat—it’s a powerhouse of fiber, antioxidants, plant-based protein, and natural sweetness.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Soy milk or your favorite plant based milk
  • 2-3 tbsp Dandy Blend herbal coffee substitute
  • 2 rounded tbsp unsweetened cacao powder or cocoa powder or carob powder
  • 4 Medjool dates or dates of your choice soaked in boiling water to soften
  • 1/2 tsp ground vanilla bean powder or vanilla extract
  • 2 frozen very ripe bananas
  • 1 heaping cup ice cubes

  • High Powered Blender

Method
 

  1. In the blender container of a high powered blender add, soy milk Dandy blend, cacao powder, dates, vanilla powder and frozen bananas. Start blender on low power and turn up to high, using tamper if needed. When mostly blended add the ice and blend until thick and creamy.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses, sprinkle the top with cacao nibs if desired and serve with a straw and a spoon!
