Holiday Recipes To Stay Trim & (still) Enjoy All Your Favorites!

November 23, 2019 by Tami Kramer 2 Comments

My dear friend Shayda from Healthy Cooking with Shayda is an amazing whole food plant based SOS free cook and weight loss success! Shayda collaborated with Chef Mauricio from True North Health Center in Santa Rosa, CA to create a fabulous mouth watering holiday menu that they presented in a recent cooking class. Since so many people expressed a desire to get the recipes they video taped their cooking class and turned it into a cooking webinar called – Recipes To Stay Trim and Still Enjoy Your Favorites!

These gorgeous recipes are all whole food plant based, no oil, no added salt or sugar. Yet they are incredibly flavorful and easy to make. You can watch Shayda and Moricio make the recipes and you’ll also get printable recipes so you will be armed with everything you need for your holiday entertaining. Mauricio’s beautiful Harvest Pie is shown above.

Chef Mauricio from True North Health Center in Santa Rosa, CA & Shayda from Healthy Cooking with Shayda. This mouth watering feast will impress your guests. They won’t even know it’s healthy because each dish is beautiful to look at and each bite is an explosion of flavor! When you purchase the cooking webinar for $20 you can watch it as many times as you wish and you get printable recipes. This is a fraction of the cost of attendng a live cooking class. You can purchase the Holiday Recipes to Stay Trim & Still Enjoy All Your Favorites Cooking Webinar here.

Quinoa & Cranberry Stuffing in little pumpkins.

Wild Rice Salad with Butternut Squash & Pomagrantes.

Yummy Mushroom Fajitas

I consider the recipes like the ones in this cooking webinar that contain higher calorie density ingredients like nuts or dried fruit to be Holiday recipes. These recipes are rich and decadent yet whole food plant based and SOS free. They are perfect for serving to my friends or family who don’t eat a lower calorie density diet like I do. Shayda and Mauricio give you variations and subs for the nuts where possible in the recipes.

Cranberry Bliss Balls

Yesterday I made the Spicy Sweet Potato & Yam Casserole pictured above. It’s creamy and delicious. It’s so full of flavor and contains a surprising ingredient in the sauce. I garnished mine with chives which was not in the orginal recipe but I liked the addition. The combination of sauce and the seasonings make this sweet potato cassersole extra special for a holiday gathering.

I also made the Raw Fruity Cranberry Relish. It is fabulous with a little citrus and tropical fruit and just the right amount of spices. I usually prefer a cooked cranberry sauce but this raw version is top notch. It will be a lovely side dish but I could also eat it as a dessert!

In this cooking webinar you will see how to make all of the following:

Quinoa & Cranberry Stuffing

Spicy Sweet Potato & Yam Casserole

Fruity Raw Cranberry Relish

Peppers & Mushrooms Fajitas

Wild Rice Salad with Butternut Squash & Pomagranates

Cranberry Bliss Balls

Harvest Pumpkin Pie

When you purhase the Recipes To Stay Trim & Still Enjoy Your Favorites Holiday Cooking Webinar you get access to the video which you can watch as many times as you wish. You also get the printable recipes! All of this for $20 which is a fraction of the cost of attending a live cooking class. Sign up here.

Hi Tami, Thank you for this post. I enjoyed it so much that I bought the webinar this afternoon. I enjoyed the webinar however I did not receive any printable recipes as you had mentioned in your post. Do you know if the recipes will come in a different email at another time? I have written to Gustavo (he is listed as the moderator of the webinar) and am waiting for a reply. I wondered if you could help. Thank you for your work and recipes on this lovely site.

Hi Jackie – you are sure to enjoy Shayda’s recipes. I believe that you print the recipes right there where the video is but it’s been a long time since I visited the website. Do check your junk email folder as often times emails from someone not in your contact list will land in your junk email folder. Gustavo is the person to contact about issues and he should answer shortly. He lives in a different country so he is in a different time zone from us.

      Happy Cooking,

      Tami
