Oil free, nut free salad dressings are a frequent request and I am so delighted that you all enjoy this Caesar Dressing as much as we do.
This was a bit of a surprise, just good ole Oat Groats cooked in the pressure cooker. They turn out like brown rice and have a wonderful texture and lend themselves to savory dishes.
These easy Falafel Patties have been a huge hit. Our family loves these and in fact, I have an entire Mediterranean meal to accompany the Falafel Patties. Enjoy.
An oldy but a goody! This recipe from 2016 has been one of our most popular recipes year after year! It is a favorite oil free, nut free recipe for many in our community. Non vegan/plant based eaters also love it! If you haven’t tried it yet – what are you waiting for? Creamy Balsamic Dressing.
Chipotle Nacho Cheese Sauce is something special – it is thick, creamy and yes even cheesy without any dairy. You will find multiple ways to enjoy this amazing sauce.
This Apple Oat Crisp is frequently our little Sweet Pea’s pick for dessert. It appears that many of you agree with her that it is delicious. It fills the kitchen with a wonderful aroma while it’s baking.
I developed these Quinoa Banana Oat Muffins for our oldest granddaughter and they have become a staple item for so many people in our plant based community. We always take them with us when we travel. They are hearty and filling and, freeze well. I have a dry muffin mix that you can batch prep so you can always easily bake a batch of these delicious muffins. The dry mix can be used to make all kinds of healthy treats.
This Hearty Lentil Shepherd’s Pie graces many holiday gatherings including ours. It is indeed hearty and bursting with flavor. Garlic mashed potatoes over a lentil -vegetable filling that is perfectly seasoned – it doesn’t get any better then this, when you want comfort food.
This Mushroom Spinach Lasagna might possibly be my families all time favorite meal. Everyone from the toddlers to the grown ups – will gobble this up! I make a double batch just to make sure we have leftovers. Be sure to serve it with a huge salad dressed with my Caesar Dressing and Garlic Chickpea Croutons.

We are also Holland Bowl Mill Affiliates. The 15 inch Holland Bowl Mill Cherry fruit bowl has a permanent home on our kitchen island. It’s beautiful and useful. The heart shaped bowl makes me happy – I love everything heart shaped! We use our 15 inch Beechwood & cherry bowl (his and her’s) to chop our salads everyday. Eating a salad for one meal every day helped me lose weight and become a size 4. I still eat a salad for one meal a day but now it’s a Big Beautiful Chopped salad and it helps me stay a size 4! See the Chopped Salad Blog Post to find out how you can incorporate a chopped salad into your daily food plan and how you can get a free mezzaluna knife with your Holland Bowl salad bowl order when you use our Holland Bowl affiliate link as well as free engraving and free shipping.

We just received our Holland Bowl and it is beautiful. I think you mentioned in one of your videos that Tom demonstrated how you apply the Bee’s Oil. Please tell me which show that was on. Thank you.

Tammy,
We thank you for so many wonderful recipes. Have you ever created a wfpb version of sour cream. It is something my husband just can’t live without especially when it comes to Mexican food.
Tami Kramer
Hi Julie,
I have not made WFPB version of sour cream but I bet some silken tofu would work for that. I will give it a try one of these days and see how it goes!
Happy Cooking,
Tami
