If you want to make your own Cashew Milk I have an easy recipe that doesn’t require any nut milk bag, just a high speed blender and you have Cashew Milk in minutes! Cashew Milk recipe link.

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk I used unsweetened vanilla or use my easy Homemade Cashew Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Date Syrup – see link in the post or use Grade B Maple syrup to taste
  • 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon each ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon and ground cloves.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until warm. Or gently heat in the microwave oven. You can adjust the amount of date paste or maple syrup to suit your personal preference.

Notes

Note I have also made a large batch of this at once to serve several people. It is so delicious! You can use any kind of plant milk that you prefer.

Eating a salad for one meal every day helped me lose weight and become a size 4. I still eat a salad for one meal a day but now it’s a Big Beautiful Chopped salad and it helps me stay a size 4! Hi, I just started this same diet. Do you make your own date syrup or purchase from store? If you make it can you add that into a note section?

Hi Rash – When I went to the blog post and looked at it – I saw that I already have a link to the Date Lady Date Syrup in the blog post. You can click on it and it takes you to my Amazon affiliate page link. Hope that helps.
