Maximize Your Vegan Health Bundle: Top Tips for Organizing and Accessing Your Digital Content

Congratulations on purchasing the Vegan Health Bundle! As of March 10th at midnight the 2025 bundle is no longer available for purchase. There will be an all new Vegan Health Bundle in 2026.

After you placed your Bundle order you recieved an email from Send Owl with your link to download the digital content. If you don’t see the link in your in box, check your junk email or spam folder. If you still can’t locate your download email, please email support at uwlbundle@gmail.com

You now have access to a treasure trove of digital resources: recipe eBooks, video courses, cooking classes, yoga, strength training sessions, batch cooking guides, weight loss programs, shopping lists, and tools for managing cholesterol, blood pressure, detoxing, and more. To help you make the most of your bundle, here are some tips for organizing, accessing, and using your content. If you have any technical issues with your download please contact support at uwlbundle@gmail.com

1. Create Dedicated Folders for Easy Organization

Start by creating a main folder on your computer or device named something like “Vegan Health Bundle 2025.” Inside, make subfolders for each category of content, here are some suggestions:

  • Recipes & Meal Plans
  • Fitness & Yoga
  • Health & Wellness Guides
  • Shopping Lists & Batch Cooking
  • Video Courses & Cooking Classes
  • Printable Resources, Meal Planners, Pantry Lists, Grocery Lists

If you downloaded content to multiple devices, use a cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox to sync files across them. Bundle content is downloaded one item at a time but it goes very quicky.

2. Download and Store Your Content Safely

When you download files, choose a consistent download location (e.g., the Downloads folder). Immediately move each file to the appropriate folder. If you’re unsure where a file went, search by the file name and once it appears, select “show filie location” or check your browser’s download history.

Backup Your Files:

  • External Hard Drive or Jump Drive: Copy your folders to a physical backup device.
  • Cloud Storage: Save a duplicate set in the cloud for added security.

This ensures you won’t lose access if your device crashes.

3. Bookmark Online Content

For web-based content, such as video courses or membership portals, create a dedicated bookmark folder in your browser. Organize bookmarks by topic or content type so you can easily revisit them. You might choose to bookmark this blog post for future reference.

4. Explore Your Bundle Strategically

Take time to skim through the materials:

  • Preview PDFs: Glance at tables of contents and introductions.
  • Scan Video Lists: Note the length and topics of video courses.
  • Write a Master List: Jot down titles or topics that catch your interest.

This helps you quickly identify what you want to dive into first. Have a note taing app or a dedicated physcial notebook to jot down notes in so you can look through it and remind yourself of what is in the bundle.

5. Create a Weekly or Daily Plan

To avoid overwhelm, incorporate new content gradually:

  • Daily Doses: Try one new recipe, a short yoga session, watch a video or read a chapter of an eBook.
  • Weekly Themes: Focus on a topic each week, like batch cooking, fitness, or cholesterol management.
  • Meal Prep Days: Use shopping lists, pantry lists and meal plans to help batch cook for the week.

Setting small, consistent goals helps you integrate the knowledge and build healthy habits over time.

6. Label and Annotate Your Files

Rename files if needed to make them more identifiable (e.g., “30-Min Vegan Dinners” instead of “ebook123.pdf”). Use a note-taking app or physical notebook to jot down favorite recipes, workout routines, or health tips.

7. Enjoy the Journey

Share on vegan plant based social media groups about what recipes or programs from the bundle you are trying. Swapping insights from the materials and community support can make the experience more enriching and sustainable.

By organizing, backing up, and gradually exploring your Vegan Health Bundle, you’ll be well-equipped to enjoy and implement all the valuable content.

Happy learning and thriving on your plant-based journey!

So in the bundle for PBNSG to get the 3 months free it looks like you have to put a credit card information in. Did you have to or is there a way to get past that?
    Thank you,
    Jane

Hi Jane I didn’t sign up for that program so I don’t know if there is a way around giving them your credit card or not. They should have a contact email on their website where you can ask them how it works as we are not famiar with their program. You can also reach out to our Bundle Support by sending them an email at uwlbundle@gmail.com
