Vegan Valentine’s Day Deliciousness!

February is the month of love! Show yourself some love by feeding yourself and your family a lovely delicious meal that is also healthy. Nothing says I Love You like a meal made with love and shared with people you care about.

Mushroom Spinach Lasagna, Chocolate Brownie Parfait, Chocolate Cherry Brownies with Chocolate Banana Nice Cream, Apple Oat Crisp with Banana Mango Nice Cream – just use equal amounts of each frozen and blend with a little plant milk or run it through the Champion Juicer. Yum!

You don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen to have a scrumptious meal. These recipes are easy yet big on flavor.

A pan of Mushroom Spinach Lasagna is a crowd pleaser. My family loves this recipe and it feeds a crowd. It freezes well too.
